Who We Are
SecureTec ID is a technology solutions company that can use your mobile device to capture contactless biometric fingerprints and other vital security data. Providing swift, touchless user-friendly acquisition designed for ease of use for non-technical front-line users in law enforcement and other related 1st Responder organizations.
Our understanding of the needs of Law Enforcement, 1st Responders, and other security conscious organizations is backed by our personal experience which covers over 20 years of working directly in these fields as an Officer and a 1st Responder.
Our platform provides a truly mobile solution for fingerprinting that is efficient and reliable. Fingerprint samples can be taken at any time and any location without the need for specialized equipment. It’s designed to capture prints from all 10 fingers of a person, resulting in high-quality fingerprints that are compatible with file requirements (EBTS) and document format standards for AFIS/ABISs, all on a mobile device.
In addition to the advanced and secure biometric technology for contactless fingerprinting, our system will be able to read and receive driver license data, provide a picture of the subject for physical identification and have an auto plate reading function.
Supported Features
SecureTec ID allows enrollment to databases and performs authentication against “rolled” digital samples and “flatbed” scans
Autocalibration feature
Users can perform self-thumb scanning in unattended scanning scenarios
Selection of single- or multi-finger capturing, missing fingers can be omitted from the scanning process
Offline matcher is available on request with a limited number of prints
Proven liveness detection – does not capture from photos or video
A built-in visual quality assessment feature shows a live preview of the fingerprint quality, based on NIST NFIQ 2.
